I worked as a medical practitioner for several years before being attracted to the more Holistic approach of Chinese Medicine. I have been practising Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs for over 20yrs.
In more recent years I added the Egoscue Method to my work which deals with posture and how it relates to joint and back pain.
I am also a teacher of HeartMath. This is a scientifically proven way of connecting to and living more though your heart that not only helps High Blood pressure and Heart congestion but also the more common and daily issue of Stress.
