Just had my first «Full Soda» today at this roadside café that I’ve driven past a hundred times before. For the uninitiated, a «Full Soda» is a breakfast roll on a toasted soda farl with sausage, egg, bacon, fried onions and sauce. Good stuff. Would be a great hangover cure and if you’re headed North out of Dublin city on the M1 it would be well worth a short detour off the motorway.
