I stopped in for lunch and a pint after dropping off the laundry at the store across the street. Had their pizza and it was good. Nothing to rave about, but fresh made, good pizza magehrtita.
It was Sunday and the place has a few regulars in it. I think many come from the offsite betting station next door.
Its Sunday, I have my pizza, the place is calm and quiet, the laundry is getting done, i have a pint of Smithwicks… the universe is at peace…

Small bar with some nice areas to sit with a group of friends. Would suggest it as a starting place to grab a quick drink before heading into town or with the right people this place can be a great location for a nice easy night out locally.

My dad used to go here when he was younger! It’s a spacious but dark interior, known also by the locals as «the Vomit» — it’s humorous but not a very nice nickname. The place is pretty decent, I’ve only been here once or twice. Stopped in for a few drinks with some friends while we were waiting for the last bus into town on a Saturday night. And once to watch a match; that was actually great craic! It’s not very geared towards a younger audience but it does the trick when you’re just looking to hangout for a while. It’s one of few pubs in Santry so most of the crowds are locals anyway.
