Meet the Business Owner
Tim and Vanessa G.
Business Owner
We set up Cooks Academy in 2005 because we are confirmed foodies. We saw the opportunity for a Dublin Cookery School and we’ve been leading the way ever since.
Tim loves foraging for shellfish, fishing in general and cooking fish, especially al fresco. Vanessa is a great family cook with a love of baking and Asian cuisine.
Since 2005 we’ve been training thousands of foodies to become chefs, caterers or just really good home cooks. We’re always around Cooks Academy and we look forward to saying hi and chatting about food with you.
