Emilia is trained in the Schroth Method — exercises for Scoliosis sufferers.

She can help ease pain which is brought about by arthritis and uses kinesiology tapes which can help with posture correction and ease inflammation.

History

Established in 2013.

Deep Relax Massage Studio overlooks the Clontarf seafront and is located 5 min. from the Dart station.

The business has been taken over by Emilia Pawlak in June 2015.

She holds a diploma in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Sport Massage, Hot Stone Massage and is a qualified Personal Fitness Trainer. She is a member of Association Of Registered Complementary Health Therapist. She has also completed a training course in The Schroth Method — exercises for scoliosis.

Meet the Business Owner

Emilia P.

Business Owner

Prior to massage therapy Emilia spent 14 years working as a Radiographer and ECG technician in a hospital in Poland. She was also heavily involved in rhythmic gymnastics and first came in contact with massage therapy due to a whiplash incident. She has never forgotten the benefit of those treatments and has come full circle by finally opening her own business in Clontarf.
