Great selection of product but terrible delivery service and non-​existent customer care. Ordered from them twice and both times the parcel was simply left in my front garden in full view of passers-​by despite clear instructions to call me at provided number if there was no answer at the door (and also contrary to the shipping terms stated on their website which say that if recipient isn’t home they will be contacted and/​or delivery re-​attempted at a later date).
Emailed them twice about the poor delivery and was completely ignored.
If you’re looking for gluten free products they have a good selection but I would advise you to steer well clear of their mail order service.
