History
Established in 2005.
The idea of opening my own business in the food industry was something I was thinking about for a number of years and finally it came to pass. It started in the summer of 2003 in the form of a conversation while I was on holidays in Italy in the home town of my Italian Roots called Settefrati. Eventually pen was put to paper and planning permission was submitted in April 2004. Work on the premises commenced a number of months later. As the physical work was going on we started to design the menu for the business. It was done on the basis of having a restaurant style menu at high standards but for take away. With a lot of hard work this was achieved. On the 2nd of May 2005 at 5pm we opened the door to the public and it’s been an amazing journey ever since.
