Úna is an ITEC qualified holistic therapist and an advanced clinical hypnotherapist, who is passionate about bringing a professional, caring and understanding service to her clients.

With the ever increasing demands and stresses we put on ourselves and being put on us from our jobs, commitments, finances, etc., people are become aware of how important it is to keep their stress levels down and to prevent illnesses. Preventative therapies, such as holistic treatments, reflexology, reiki, etc. are excellent examples for treating the mind, body and spirit and reducing the stress levels. When the mind and body is in balance, we are less likely to become stressed and unwell.

To further help her client’s well-​being, Úna also offers clinical hypnotherapy. For if the mind is not in balance, the body is not in balance. Hypnotherapy can help cope with depression, remove fears/​phobias, improve self-​esteem/​confidence, quit smoking, weight-​loss, etc.
