We offer award winning architectural design services in addition to experienced management of specialist construction trades. With a suite of professional services on offer, we hope to steer homeowners clear of the common pitfalls of self-​building.

Business Owner

Our co-​founders are both architects and their core skills inform all practice output. Together they have over 20 years of post-​graduate experience as designers in the built environment and have proven competency in the domestic residential market.

Arran is champion of cost and quality control at HOUSE+. He also has special professional interest and experience in the design and specification of high energy-​performance buildings and is fully certified BER Assessor with HETAC award in Energy Management Systems from the School of Engineering at GMIT.
