where i lived and worked for 9 years as a general contractor in the San Francisco bay area.

Served four years carpentry apprentiship from 1982 till 1986 with James Bradbury builders in DonnyBrook Dublin 4.
Relocated to San Francisco in 1986 where i gained a great deal of knowledge in the construction industry, timber framed housing from the ground up as well as residential remodeling /renovations.
