This place is appalling. The only reason that I’m going there is because I have paid for 6 sessions already. I recommend that if you buy the groupon deal for here say that you have had a reaction to the patch test and they are obliged to refund you.
1. This establishment is based in a rundown mall that is currently a building site
2. The toilet is in a basement, where there is storage from all the other units in the mall (basically it’s like someone’s garage)
3. The ‘therapists’ have absolutely no bedside manner, I was asked to remove my clothing and lay on the bed. She did not leave the room, she did not provide me with a towel to cover myself.
4. The ‘therapist’ did not seem to know what I wanted/​paid for. i.e. she did not know how much hair to remove.
If you do buy a voucher for this place I recommend you try to get a refund. If you haven’t bought a voucher and are considering going here then just drop into the mall for your patch test first. Then you will see that these reviews are not an exaggeration!

This place is an absolute sham. Doesn’t work. Terrible staff. 4 sessions of laser hair removal has left my hair stronger than ever. Avoid this place!

It’s a scam.
I had 2 laser sessions in there without any result. The lady serving me was rude and didn’t seem to know much about her job. She did more damage then actually helped.
I should have left instantly :/
