It’s not very often that one is 100% pleased with a contractor so when it does happen I think that it deserves a mention.
Lorcan and his lads did a refurb job for me in Co. Cork a while ago and even before they started on what they were contracted to do I knew that I had the right man for the job.
When I met «Lorco» first it was in the Westbury hotel and over a coffee I showed him what I proposed to do with an old farmhouse that I had bought, showed him the architect’s plans and asked him for a quotation. Then and there he showed me a couple of adjustments that could be made to improve the design and save me some money.
To cut a long story short, he did the job at a fair price and to a superb standard. I’m living in Kenya now but if ever I have work in construction or if any of my family or friends do, I call Lorco and he does the necessary.
