Like a lot of people I get cravings for a Big Mac every so often — usually when I’m hungover — but I must say I wouldn’t be going into this branch of McDonald’s if I could help it. I know that the food is the same in all the stores nationally and internationally, but this place is really shabby and sort of miserable or something. Even the staff have been known to look depressed. I used to get takeaway coffee there (it’s surprisingly good) but I stopped as I just couldn’t face going inside! It could do with a serious makeover, simple as that.
