My experience with OZO 24⁄7 Collect & Recycle is absolutely shocking.
— Prices aren’t transparent, they enter you into a contract without informing you on the website.
— The invoices you initially receive do not correlate with the invoices they send you when you complain
— They continue to charge you even if they suspend your account for not having any credits for lifts, which the terms and conditions say nothing about.
— Staff have attitude and leave customer service to be desired.
Right now, I wouldn’t be recommending them to anyone.
