Specialties

Pilates Plus Dublin is Dublins Premier Pilates Studio and the only place in Ireland to do SPX Pilates on a Proformer Machine. The classes are far more intensive, effective and fun than you may imagine. If you have done mat Pilates classes before and think you know Pilates, think again. These classes are very different.

We also specialise in Health & Wellness Coaching, a new concept to Ireland.

History

Established in 2007.

Emma, the owner of Pilates Plus Dublin did her training in 2006 in the original Pilates Plus in LA with the developer of SPX Pilates Sebasten LaGree and was the first person to take the system and machines out of LA.

Emma did her SPX Pilates training in LA in 2006 in the original Piltes Plus. Emma is also a qualified Piloxing instructor and Wellness Coach. Emma is a health and fitness contributor for a number of magazines and websites.

Living in Australia where I do CrossFit 5 – 6 times a week and paying a visit home to Dublin, I signed up to do a few Pilates Plus classes to try to keep up my fitness level and improve my mobility. I wasn’t expecting too much and I really wasn’t sure if I would find it ‘tough enough’ but it really is a tough full body workout. I loved the classes, I loved the atmosphere create by the instructor (Emma) and I loved how much my core and arms ached in that «I really just worked out’ type of way. I have also noticed a huge improvement in my core strength and mobility since resuming CrossFit. I wish Pilates Plus Dublin would become Pilates Plus Sydney. Colin.
