We specialise in Diamond Engagement Rings as well as other diamond jewellery. The difference between us and other jewellers is that everyday we are dealing purely in diamonds, no silver chains or gold watches.

We are constantly assessing diamonds for quality, value making sure it meets or exceeds our strict criteria for diamond selection.

At Precious we take care of everything from concept to creation, sourcing your sparkling diamonds, setting, polishing, laser certification and valuation.

We have exclusive relationships with two of the worlds finest diamond cutters to ensure that the ring on your finger is unrivalled. Having these relationships also cuts out the many middle men other jewellers go through, thus lowering costs which we pass on to the customer.

At Precious they only use conflict free diamonds. Each purchase receipt will have a signed declaration quoting the United Nations Resolutions (A/​RES/​55/​56) — the only company in Ireland to do so.

Precious was founded by Eoin McDonnell, who comes from a great diamond dynasty with his father establishing his first workshop in Dublin as far back as 1958.

Precious was founded by Eoin McDonnell, who comes from a great diamond dynasty with his father establishing his first workshop in Dublin as far back as 1958.

Eoin has also served as Chairman of the Federation of Jewellery Manufacturers and is currently responsible their training and education.

This undoubtedly makes Eoin something of an expert on all things sparkly. Mission:It is our mission not only to carve the finest diamond ring pieces in the world but to create memories in the process.
