History

Established in 2008.

Simon has been involved in sports and fitness for several years. He initially started as a competitive sprinter at youth level then he switched over to basketball where he went on to represent Ireland. Following that he moved into the fitness industry where he has been based for the last number of years having worked in numerous gyms. He maintains that the body needs to be constantly challenged in order for it to perform at its optimal level and that holding on to a positive attitude will help achieve this.
