They have recently improved their special, so in addition to my original review which I do urge you to peruse for contextual purposes, please also consider the following:
First: Request the VIC card from the register. It’s a little cardboard card that gets you 45 cents off. They just hand them out, but request it.
Second: The special now is any combination of the three. So you can get 3 bars if you want, or 3 bags of crisps, or 3 minerals. I tend to get one bag of crisps and two minerals.
Third: You can now have 5 fillings with the fillet. Isn’t that brilliant? FIVE. I do 4, which is double cheese, egg mayo, and stuffing — and it’s already a massive sambo!
Fourth: Their roll options have extended. Your usual hard roll of white or wheat. But now they have soft rolls, wraps, and of course regular quality bread slices.
