These guys are quite unlike any other taxi company I’ve used before. If they don’t have a car available at the time you want they’ll tell you straight up and not bullshit you and leave you standing on your doorstep for 40 minutes waiting for a non-​existent taxi.
They’re really good about bookings and even though I used them loads of times I’ve never been left in the lurch by them. I was talking to one of their cabbies one day and he said that the golden rule in this company was always being where you said you’d be and it really really shows. They’re always my first call now!
