The Punnet Food Emporium

Love this place, conveniently located right beside my office it’s a welcome healthy alternative! Fresh, tasty and not too pricey there’s plenty of options… highly recommend the salad boxes and the beetroot pesto.
Staff are always super friendly!

Absolutely delicious coffee & fresh green juices. Very friendly service as well. I’m only in Dublin for a week & they already make me feel like a regular.

The wraps here weigh a freakin tonne! (And I mean in the best way possible, as in they are jam-​packed with more healthy goodness than you know what to do with)
–And all that for € 5.50/ € 8 with a big juicey juice?!? Well somebody call me Mackerel, because I have been hooked!*
The only thing I will say is, they don’t toast their wraps at all. It’s a shame because I reckon wraps increase in deliciousness by at least 40% when they’re toasted.

As a health store connoisseur… The Punnet gets a raucous thumbs UP from me. These guys have gone further though and taken all the work out of healthy eating by having an awesome breakfast and lunch menu. They are talking the talk annnnd walking the walk!
Their salad bar is serious value for money… I had a bowl of four different salads for e6.95.Grated carrot, ginger and chia seed, quinoa, cous cous and goji berries and some smoked almond tofu (with a wholesome dollop of chili and lime hummus on the side) add a bit of spinach to it and my green goddess halo was shining! So much so that I’m going to give their Juice detox cleanse a whack: O
The shelves are stacked with the usual health store treats, except at noticeably cheaper prices. Which means my status as a regular is ensured. The Punnet is right by the canal so even if their cute outdoor seating is chocker-​blocker, just take your nutritious deliciousness down to the water side.
