Was here just before Christmas while there was a beautiful and gifted choir singing carols in the background. The queue was outrageous but that was due to the season. I just wanted to buy a lottery ticket as I had had € 50 stolen from my pocket and decided to do so at ticket master as I was enjoying the choir who weren’t that loud and were extremely melodious. I wasn’t buying tickets anyway I got to the girl who was serving who proceeded to conduct business by shouting at me. I asked her not to shout at me… to which she shouted .“I have to over that noise” referring to the male choir. I told her I could hear her perfectly but she just shrugged her shoulders. She didn’t just raise her voice. she roared at me! Will not use that kiosk again.

This is the handiest place in Dublin to buy tickets… this is also the most well known Ticketmaster and perhaps that is not a good thing considering the rush that you get on tickets… but that said. if you are in need of a ticket for somewhere and you are in the city centre, this is the place to go. There is rarely a cue and it is a fairly simple process, ask for tickets, buy tickets, leave with tickets… everyone is happy. Also its cheaper to buy in person, because the charges on the internet just add to an already over priced ticketing system in this country
