I just got my haircut today from the lovely Lisa. And as per usual the cut was spot on! Theres a nice vibe in the place with great tunes and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Love love love this place. The people, the décor and the service.
I have been back three times since my first visit and all have been good experiences.
For my latest appointment I got my hair done for my hen party. And Naomi did the most excellent job. I showed her a pic of my dress, explained what I had in my head, noting the windy day it was (feckin typical) and she got to work.
Everyone commented on my hair. I was delighted with it too.
Wayward Saloon definitely deserves five stars.

Brilliant new hair salon in hip and happening Portobello. I know you’re thinking it’s all skinny jeans and skateboards? NO. All ages of men and women styles and user requirements catered for. Colouring, cutting, style advice, guidance and maintance tips, I feel that I — and my hair — can really grow with this place. Staff are engaging, knowledgeable and experienced (ex-​Reds, some) and the salon is cool two levels, bright with a great selection of the not-​usual magazines and good coffee. Really, a great addition to the Lennox Street business community, needed badly.
