Ah, snared rapid as we say in Dublin. I noticed the staff noticing me taking a picture of the store, but foolishly went in anyway. A sales girl sidled up and asked me if I was okay. I said I was. She then told me in no uncertain terms that «ees not permitted to take photos of the shop».
The customer, evidently, is not always right.
Still, I do like Korky’s shoes — it has some nice quirky styles and it can be quite cheap, but I might just head to the Grafton Street or O’Connell Street branches from now on.

There are a lot of shoe shops in Dundrum Shopping Centre. These show stores are all the same. They play the same music, hire the same clones to work there, have the same window displays, and stock the same items. The prices are usually pretty similar too!
Korky’s, although they do play the same music and hire the same lifeless clones as workers do stock different items to the other shoe stores and I find their prices significantly lower too! The quality might not be as high as some of the other places, but they are by no means low quality.
So if you are looking for a pair of decent fashion shoes or boots that won’t break the bank you could do worse by coming here first!
