I nearly puked when i walked into the toilet in this pizza hut! so so so disgusting and dirty, actually is one of the dirtiest toilets i have ever seen and i have travelled around the world! and its not a one off filthy toilet instance, its been like this every time i have been in here! now this obviously puts me off right away, if their toilets are like that what are the kitchens like? how can a new(ish) be like this? anyway the food is as katie-ann describes below, crappy pizzas that are not as flavoursome as i would like. the staff are only okay, just doing their job and waiting for the end ofthe day to arrive. i just cant stop thinking about those toilets though, bleugh!

Compared to all of the pizzerias in Dublin, Pizza Hut, when it comes to quality of food is below-par. The food is saturated in oil and unsavoury grease. I am neither stranger nor foe of the greasy fingered pub-lunch or café fry up but what I am adverse to is food that is literally unrecognizable and deficient in any sharp taste on account of the outrageous amount of grease wringing from it. This Dundrum branch is usually empty or occupied by a kid’s party in the corner, the rowdy juvenile noise of which often makes for an aggravating backing-track to your meal, especially when there is little other noise going on to mask it. The principal reason I have found myself ‘dining’(if you could even attribute that word to this precarious eating experience) in this Pizza Hut is usually as a pre-soirée to a film I’m catching at the cinema in the same complex. For some crazy psychosomatic reason when you visit a multiplex cinema you feel like you have an involuntary license to indulge in ghastly fast-food as part of this prevailing experience — going to a respectable restaurant wouldn’t adhere to the young-at-heart disposition of the overall experience and hence like the hoodwink I am I am guilty of having returned despite everything I have said. I have recently found limited gratification in the Ben and Jerry’s Hot Cookie Dough and Ice-cream that provided some degree of comfort recently on a cold evening before going in to watch a film. Otherwise, I would recommend you pay no heed to this fouled eatery, resist the lure of such spoiled fast food on a fun day out and take your custom to somewhere that the food is at least some way to tasty.
