We know life has gotten a lot faster, but hopefully we can help by providing you with delicious and healthy food — whenever, wherever.
All of our meals are freshly cooked on a daily basis. We source the highest quality ingredients for everything we prepare, and, where possible, we source our products locally. We take pride in ensuring that we can trace all of our food to the source. Some key ingredients are imported from Thailand and Vietnam, where our sources are part of a Fair Trade co-operative.
So, whether it’s a dish served in our Clarendon street eatery, or the takeaway meals and products from SABA TO GO in Rathmines or Windy Arbour, you can be sure we’ve used the very best ingredients, and everything has been freshly prepared, on the premises, by our talented team of chefs.
