I used GoBus for my trips between Dublin Airport and Galway. 15 euro for one way. My plane was delayed 3.5 hours but when I arrived they honored my ticket without any issue. This was my first time in Ireland and the staff was very polite and helpful. The bus was clean and wifi worked great. For my trip back to Dublin I needed to take an earlier bus than booked. My email was answered very quickly and the change was no problem. Super easy! I took another bus while I was visiting Galway (ahem, Citylink) and found them to be rude. I’d take GoBus anytime!

I really like Gobus because of the free wifi but I have to admit the reception isn’t always great. The buses are fairly comfortable, clean, and always have room for luggage. I would say the service is very similar to CityLink but I would give Gobus the edge.

If you’re traveling between Galway and Dublin, this is your best transportation option. There are less stops than the Citylink bus, and the whole trip only takes three hours. Free wifi and a relatively clean restroom are included too. The AC worked fine, and the bus interior looked well maintained.
The quiet environment is also perfect for the weary traveler to take a nap. Spend a few extra euros and save yourself the hassle of numerous stops.

is a great option for travelling to Galway. It’s fairly cheap (10 euro each way, which is about 2 euros more than you’d pay for a Bus Eireann fare) but I tell you what, it’s worth the extra 2 euro!
The journey time is cut down by an hour and there is free wifi on the gobus! The service is point-​to-​point NON-​STOP, so there’s none of that stopping off every 5 minutes business like they have on other bus services. Trust me, after a few of those meandering bus journeys through every tiny village between here and Galway you’ll feel like slapping a massive highway between the two cities.
