History

Established in 2001.

Matthew fireplaces first started trading in the beautiful village of oughterard Co. Galway in 2001 from a small retail unit of only 800 sq ft. after 6 years of happy trading and many happy customers later, it soon became clear to us from customer feedback and requests that galway needed a better quality of fireplace retail store, where customers could be offered a much wider range of styles and choice to suit their specific needs and requirements. and so it was time to move, and matthews fireplaces in ballybritt opened the doors to the public in oct 07 where our business has gone from strenght to strenght making us the largest fireplace retailer in galway, (why) by giving the customer what the customer deserves, value for money, and excellent quality of service.
