Our Practice was set up in 1991 and is based in Glengarriff, a small Village in West Cork at the North Eastern end of Bantry Bay. Our fully multi disciplined practice is comprised of; Civil Engineers, Architectural Technologists and Surveyors, all vastly experienced and extremely skilled in their various fields and are ready and waiting to assist you in any way they can!
Our highly motivated practice has extensive experience of House Construction, Industrial & Commercial Buildings, Water and Sewage Schemes, Topographical Surveys, Property Surveys, Mapping, etc.
We are extensively equipped with the most modern computer drafting and printing equipment, fully robotic surveying equipment, etc.
Our broad skills base means we provide a fully integrated, comprehensive service to anyone wishing to construct and/or purchase any property in the South West of Ireland.
History
Established in 1991.
In our 20 year History, we have established an extensive Client base in Glengarriff, The Beara Peninsula, Co. Cork and the wider South Munster Area and we have achieved many Thousands of Planning Permissions in Counties Cork and Kerry and our focus over the last number of years has leaned heavily towards encouraging Renewable & Sustainable, Design & Construction Techniques.

Business Owner
John Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cork in 1976 and is an affiliate Member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland.
He started the company in 1991 and has built up an extensive client base in the South Munster Region in the last 20Years.
