Established in 2007.
Olivier Colas from the kingdom of Brittany in north west France after some crazy and amazing adventures decided to settle in Ireland & has now resided here since 2003.
He hung up his trekking boots and set up a small crêpe business that brings a little of his kingdom: Brittany (La Bretagne) to your pallate.
Crepes and Craic was founded in april 2008.
Chef Olivier was trained in the heart of Brittany at the well known and famous Breton Creperie, Ble Noir in October 2007 (www.blenoir.com).
Crepes and Craic is a mobile creperie creating for you the time honored recipes of Brittany.
We use both traditional breton sweet and savoury crepes.
