History

Established in 2013.

We started out as a very small boutique studio and have grown through mostly word of mouth buzz into double the size we were we started out, though still small enough to give our lovely clients all the attention they need!

I have been teaching Pilates all over the world from Manhattan to Dubai for 10 years now and am very happy to have my own studio here in Malahide. I completed the Advanced and Masters classical teacher training program at The Pilates Center of Boulder and work as a Licensed Teacher Trainer and Trainee Adviser for the program here in Ireland. I also have a degree in Biology and an all consuming curiosity about movement and all the amazing things the human body is capable of. I am inspired everyday by the changes I see in my clients and passionately believe Pilates can not only balance your body, but also awaken the mind and empower your spirit!
