History

Tried to fill in a gap between Microsoft Excel workbook or Microsoft Access table to manage the cases. It is difficult to get these to work on a few computers together. Cases are lost, overwritten, duplicated.

Also program have the possibility to keep documentation assigned to customers with the notification to which task is related to, or just generally assigned to the customer. Moreover, the system allow you to send the text message to the customer — notifying them that the engineer is on it’s way, or for some reason the call has been scheduled for other time.
