James C.

Business Owner

James has experienced every aspect of the cleaning industry. James worked along side his father, Joe Cleary, for many years in the family business before taking over managing the business after Joe passed away in 2012.

James has a passion for providing an excellent services and became involved in training of the staff at an early stage, developing and delivering courses for his own staff, before establishing ICT Institute as an independent cleaning training company. It was through this training company that the idea of a global institute to design, develop and deliver training to front line cleaners was born. James has traveled extensively throughout the world speaking about cleaning, helping companies to develop quality control plans and delivering training.
