The Bakery has brought to Mullingar something unique, a bakery selling direct to the public; a restaurant and café that serves the bakery and patisserie products made by the master bakers and pâtissiers as well as, obviously, full breakfast and lunch menus.

Our commitment is to upstanding quality and freshness in all of our products. Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients and quality control is upheld by every member of our staff.

History

Established in 2010.

The Bakery was open for business in April 2010 by Bobby O’Reilly and his wife Daiva and has been a success story ever since.

We started with only 7 employees, now we have over 25 people in our staff, not to mention the indirect jobs created or maintained by buying our ingredients from local businesses, guaranteeing not only the prosperity of our community also the freshness of our ingredients.
