What a fantastic find this was, purely by chance, on a work-​related visit to the area.
While the location — a fairly run of the mill therefore charmless modern shopping centre — doesn’t do too much to invite you in, you’ll be glad you found such an excellent little eatery there.
The reception was intimate and wonderfully warm from our Asian server, and we had a delicious lunch of hummus and salad, the leaves some of the best I’ve tasted — fresh, crisp-​flavoured, some peppery others more subtle, a simply delicious combination. The cheap olives were the only let down.
Great value, with a gorgeous range of pastries and sweet treats, an extensive lunch style menu — perhaps a little too extensive for my money, with my pathological inability to choose, but clearly trying to appeal to a broad base, and I would guess succeeding well — and good coffee. Prepare to enjoy.
