If you’ve been here more than once, it’s almost guaranteed that the bartenders will be on a first-​name basis with you! There’s a lovely gang who work in this pub. Hidden behind the airport is where you will find this favourite local treasure. The locals will insist this is the best pub in Dublin, and they may very well be right. It’s cosy, genuine, and very old! My uncle goes here all the time and he told me once that this place used to be a brothel years and years ago and that the upstairs part is haunted. Scary stuff! I’d say this quaint, rustic pub would be a great place to go to for Halloween, if that’s the case.
