Lovely spot. Food is lovely. Reasonably priced. Cocktails are delicious. And a bargain 2 for 10 euro before 10 o clock. But the best thing of all are their desserts. They are AMAZING. I had the easter egg dessert. It was unreal. Staff are very polite. A++++. Highly recommend. Will be definitely revisiting soon.

Ah lads, if you haven’t tipped up here for the«Killer Combo» you’re missing out big time! Bowl of delicious chilli, bowl of hot wings, bowl of nachos and a beast of a burger for 13 blips! Absolutely amazing! This is a class food joint doubled up as a local boozer and extremely child friendly, don’t miss out

When my parents visited from France, they booked a room in the Maldron in Tallagh. Close to the hotel was this restaurant. 1* for the service: fast and furious. In a good way :) 1* for the portions: the 1st time we were there I had a main and shared the dessert with my cousin. I was full but that was perfect. The 2nd time, I had a starter and a main, by myself. I was full after the starter, which was the size of a main to me. And after the main, which I didn’t manage to finish, I was about to explode. Or implode. Either way I felt pregnant 6 months xD 1* for the food: really tasty 1* for the place: the seats are super comfortable. You can watch a match and enjoy a drink, or have some quality family time, even celebrate a special occasion. This is a place where you want to stay and chill out. 1* for the extra mile: I went to talk to the waitress at some point because I wanted to get a slice of cake for my mom’s birthday. She brought the cake, lit up a candle on it, and even sang happy birthday in French!(My parents are French) That was so nice and thoughtful: D Overall we had an amazing time both times we were there. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are very hungry ;)

The lunch specials here are good value. They include a couple of dishes for € 5, 6 different dishes for € 6 and then their standard menu. There’s a lot to choose from, so much so that I actually didn’t know what to choose! I ended up going for the hamburger chips and a drink for € 7. The hamburger was ok– the toppings were kind of thrown on it & I wasn’t crazy about the meat. It tasted more like pork than beef. The bap was nice and fresh and the chunky chips were really tasty. I’d definitely get the chips again with chicken wings or a sandwich next time. My mam got a chilli that came with rice. For € 6 you really couldn’t fall out with it. It was a bit plain appearance wise and wouldn’t have done any harm to serve it with a couple of nachos just to dress it up a bit but my mam was happy enough. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming which was really nice. The place itself has a food area and then an area that’s more like the bar part. There’s about 330 – 40 inch screens around the place and one of those big projector style screens so I’d say this place would be a great spot to watch a match. I plan a trip back here when there is a match on and I think I’ll get one of their baskets. I’ll update my review then. Would recommend.
