To be honest eating in the Rubino makes me happy
The Rubino in Valleta (Malta) is for me one of the top restaurants I did have the privilege to eat in. The Rubino has been established back in 1906. It is located in Valletta right next to the Manoel Theater.
The food I did eat there is extensive and varied with an emphasis on Maltese traditional recipes to recreate that homely atmosphere.
The opening hours are:
Monday to Friday for lunch
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday for dinner
Sunday mornings for sweets.
