Great pizza. The dough is soft and has great yeast flavor. Neapolitan in style. The the tomatoes are incredible. Bright and acidic. The DOP mozzarella was reason enough to come.
This is a small high quality chain that is very casual. Think Chipotle — exposed new construction and quick service. Except with waiters.
I’ll be back for more.
