One of the best Restaurant in Town. Not many dishes on the menu, but almost first class.
We had a table on the terrace, is pleasant to dinner open air in the summer (best you reserve to be sure to find a table). Good service, Robert (the owner) is very friendly and professional.
We tested:
Beef tartare: good
Branzino filet: very good
Fresh fruit «Macedonia»: very good

Probably the best restaurant in Bolzano. Modern, spacious restaurant. I recommend to seat inside, it will be less crowded and there will be no second smoke. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff who speak Italian, German and English. Great selection of wines. I had a soup as a starter and spaghetti with chanterelle mushrooms which was delicious although I thought it could use a bit more salt. The fish entry was very tasty as well. Deserts looked wonderful but we were too full to to have any. Every dish was executed beautifully. If I’m ever back in Bolzano I look forward to visiting this restaurant again.
