I have been in town for business and came here twice. Francesco«il Capo» took a great care of us, but this enthusiastic guy is an innovator. Tonight we ate«Truciolo, Salsiccia e Padana con Zafferano», lost in translation… It’s a seasonal pasta made with sausage and cheese, rich in flavor. You must try the double dish pizza or the roll over pizza. But don’t go home without having a Tiramisù, the mascarpone, coffee, and cocoa melt balanced in your mouth.
