Luna Park – Aguafollie

I had a horrible experience at this Agua Park and therefore, I decided to give only 2 Stars for this place.
Price is overly too expensive for the Water Park. Theyve charged a 10 year old boy as an adult. So, at the end, we had 3 adults and one baby. Well, the cashier said baby to a 5 year old but she paid 14 euros, while we all paid 17 each! As we asked him why it was so much, he answered in a rude way that a we had 3 adults and one BABY! And this is why it was a total of 65 euros.
Not only he was rude, but he still made some stupid comments with his colleage in front of us in Italian, which we could not understand it but the looks could just not lie.
The Park itself is ok. Nothing really special and quite small so, there are 2 – 3 things that are fun to do like a big slide and a water ball that you can climb and jump on and from it.
I dont know if its a cultural thing, but most of the working people there were did not show any interest to make their customers happy. The cashier from the Buffet was only nice and helpful when he saw that the people were pretty or Italians. Ive never felt so discrimminated as from him I spoke to him in English, then in German and it didnt matter he was just there, doing his job with no extra effort. I was so upset with this service just unbelivable! The only personal who were quite ok were the ladies at the Buffet.
The food was fresh, we paid 8 euros for Fried Chicken and french fries and 5 euros for a salad. Coffee is the only cheap thing, 1 euro for a espresso. Ice-​cream is around 2,5 euros. So, overall expensive.
So, my conclusion is that I will never, ever go there again. It is not worth it to pay so much for such a bad service, and I would recommend the owners to train their personal again and lower a bit the food prices if they would like to continue in business.
