We went to Blue Bar on our last day in Sardinia — the weather was amazing, the view was spectacular, and the food was ok.
The pizza we shared had a firm crust all around, but was extremely soggy in the middle. Like, so much so, that it didn’t stay attached when we cut the pizza out into pieces. and I dont know if what they called «sausage» was actually sausage… I think it was more like cut up hot dog that was sort of thrown on top, with everything on the pizza sort of leaning to one side.
Overall, the service was fine, but if you’re going… you’re really going for a beautiful view and food that… hum… is filling, but maybe not amazing.
