Amazing restaurant for a change of pace from the traditional Dolomiti fare by focusing on fresh seafood. While this establishment also offers traditional South Tirol dishes, it is specifically intended as a culinary alternative to the traditional dishes, and it accomplishes this with style and sophistication. The proprietor Francesco is courteous and attentive, and will cater to all your special requests. The wine list is a fine combination of local, greater Italian, and international wines. The interior décor balances comfort and style. Francesco travels to the fish market in Venice at least twice weekly, which makes it special to have the freshest Mediterranean fish so far from the water. We enjoyed tartars of tuna and salmon, followed by a fresh seabass that was the best we have ever tasted.
