Blehhh. Not sure whether I’ve just had pizza that was too good in Italy or whether this is actually that terrible, but it was pretty bad. I got the pizza with tomato, cheese, mushroom, olives, artichoke, and ham, and all the ingredients weren’t fresh. The olives were incredibly salty, and I was almost scared to eat the artichoke. The ham was all fatty so I picked them all out, and the pizza was just not very good. The crust was alright though, edible. Halfway through I almost didn’t want to eat it anymore, but I ate it and just left the crust. € 6 for the pizza, but the quality just isn’t there. Avoid this place!

A stop over between Pompeii to Ercolano. We had pizza and wine. Very decent price. On the way from train station to Herculaneum.

Cheap, no nonsense little(presumably) family run place where they pack you in tight(we were right under the coat rack having initially turned to leave after deciding the place was full). Clearly they’ve been making pizza for decades so we had no concerns on the food score and the service was swift and efficient & the beer well chilled. Other patrons had opted for the limited pasta options on the menu we noticed & the portion sizes of those looked impressive. The locals obviously love it too as there was a steady stream of pizzas going out the door for delivery throughout the time we were there. Very glad to have opted for Herculanuem instead of Pompeii as otherwise we’d likely not have stopped in here.

This restraint sits in between the train station and the archeological site. The at lasagna and salad. Everything here is good and for an amazingly low price.
