We were hungry and this place looked cool. However, it was really disappointing.
We ordered the chicken wings and some chili con carne. The chicken wings, hot on the outside, were surprisingly frozen cold on the inside. They felt stale, if not just prepackaged. The chili con carne, though better, could not be told to be good. Won’t recommend.

The title says it all, this is, interiors and atmosphere-​wise the best American diner in Florence. Food is good, not US standards but no complaint there. Service is a bit shoddy, the waitresses on skates are a nice touch, but the level of service is «average Italian». All in all a good place, could be the «best» but they need to work on it!

The worst sandwich I’ve had in Florence. The chicken sandwich is made with chopped chicken like you would put in a salad. When you pick up the triple decker, it all falls into your lap. The bacon was raw. The Coke was 4 €… THE COKE WAS FOUR EURO. Then a coperto of 1,50 €. The woman at the front, whom I thought was a hostess, was rude. If you’re on your smoke break, don’t stand next to the door. I will not return and tell people to stay away! (You shouldn’t be eating here if you’re on holiday anyway, EAT ITALIAN FOOD!)
