Overall great hotel, and is in a great location! They always greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. The breakfast buffet is from 7:30 — 10:30 if I am not mistaken, and they ask you to be there before 10:00am. The room was always clean. And they were always willing to help with restaurant reservations and so on. The only complaint I have is the in-room minibar. They told us it was free and unlimited, but they never seemed to restock it. We would always have to call and order more of what we were missing. Besides that, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely go back :)

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. Expensive and elegant but worth the investment. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the bar were very nice. We loved the accommodations. Rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Large bathroom and walk in closet in room 301. The bed was really comfortable. I was upgraded to a junior suite which made our stay even better. Overall service was spectacular. Great Staff!!!

There’s a lot to like about Firenze Number Nine: A location that can’t be beat, midway between Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo; A friendly and helpful staff; An excellent concierge, and in our case, a large well appointed room, terrific shower, and free mini-bar pre-stocked with everything we could need during our 5 night stay. But for the price we paid for our room, and it was expensive, I expect more from this hotel. First of all, the hotel’s common areas are cramped. Now I wouldn’t expect a hotel in central Florence to have enormous amounts of space, but there is no place on the ground floor where one can easily maneuver a bag and the entire lobby area smells constantly of the spa next door(…or maybe the sauna and pool downstairs). You know that watery, chlorine-like odor. Though we paid for an executive room, and were willing accept that we wouldn’t have any sort of view, we didn’t expect the number of guests who choose to smoke on the deck area just outside of our room, and smoke they did… continuously…at all hours of the day and night. Moreover, many guests used the chairs placed on the deck by the hotel to dry laundry that they’d probably washed in their room’s sink. This gave our little corner of the hotel the atmosphere of a typical Florentine apartment building. Here’s a thought people: You’re staying in an upscale hotel. Spring for the laundry service. Finally, although breakfast was very nice, included in our rate, and had a wide variety of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and other delicious things, the same couldn’t be said of Le Muse, the hotel’s restaurant. Although the restaurant was in a «soft open» mode, the menu couldn’t have been more dull, and when I order carpaccio, I expect some form of raw meat, not thinly sliced turkey(maybe it was chicken) cold cuts. On top of that, Muse’s bartender is incompetent. Would might have been a delicious rosemary-flavored drink turned into a dangerous mess when he choose to use a dried out sprig of rosemary that immediately shed all of it’s needles into my drink. All in all, we had a wonderful time in Florence, and I don’t regret our stay at Firenze Number Nine, but this hotel needs to up it’s game. They have a lot of competition in the boutique hotel space.

We stayed here for a few days before travelling down to Rome for a cruise. This hotel is awesome! It’s in a great location(near the Duomo), easy walk to just about anywhere in Florence. We were given a free room upgrade, the check in process was easy and comfortable(Simon was awesome) they had wonderful Prosecco in the lobby as well as snacks. It’s a little on the expensive side, but it’s a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was very tasty too!

We were a family group of nine in 3 great rooms over Christmas for about a week long stay. We highly recommend it. We loved it here. One of the owners spent a half hour with us and she is so dedicated to providing a casual yet very sophisticated experience. The food and service was amazing. Great living room and dining room for a drink and complimentary food every night. Sebastiano, Lorella and Yanni went out of their way to be kind and helpful as did all others here. The rooms are beautifully done with all hardwood floors and newly remodeled. Location is center of town so we were able to walk to all of our planned visits. Only constructive criticism was the room service is not always available when they are busy and the coffee is not so good. Locals told us that we are to never get coffee in hotels and they are right. Good news is the barista bar is 50 feet away with amazing coffee everyday. Amazing experience and we would give a 6 star if we has a choice.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. 10 minute walk from the train station, right next to the San laurenzo(?) church and street market, and 5 minute walk to other main squares. Great perks such a wine upon arrival and for the first time that I’ve ever experienced, free mini bar in the room. We received a free upgrade to an executive suite so we were really happy about that. Now for the not so good stuff, the hotel is expensive, but most likely because of the location and hotels in Europe are just expensive in general. I had read reviews that this hotel was newly remodeled, but I guess the workmanship was not very good. You can see in the pictures I posted that there were cracks in the sink, scuffs on the walls, etc. I felt like the concierge was not very good because I inquired about a Japanese restaurant around the corner and he had no idea it was there! Also, I had asked them to look for a wine tasting tour for us and they never got back to us. We ended up just finding one ourselves. All in all, would I stay here again? Probably not, but I would not deter others from trying it out.

Tolle Dusche. Sehr freundlicher und guter Service. Kostenloses, flottes WLAN. Parken hat gut geklappt(Valet Parking)
