For the class of hotel I give it five stars it’s less than two blocks down the street from the central train station we got a suite for about 150 American dollars includes a free breakfast the staff at the hotel are fantastic the breakfast is a buffet and the best part it’s free. This is my sixth time here must tell you something about why I return. no need for Taxi everything is within walking distance it’s clean it’s safe ask for the room.

Stayed here several times. It’s a three star on most European ratings but in its class I have no problem going Four Stars.
All of the rooms are different so you can’t tell all of the rooms by just seeing one. The best room is #191, and another good one is #207.
The staff is super polite, helpful in every way and multilingual.
The continental breakfast is far better than most and included in the price of your room.
The Wi-​Fi is free and super fast.

Location is very close to all the piazzas. Within 5 to 10 min walk. The customer service was impeccable — they setup tour to Tuscany and was very patient answering all questions and always with a smile. The rooms were clean and toilet was strong! The breakfast was included with hotel rate and served both hot and cold food. I saw another reviewer have this place 1 star — are we talking about the same hotel? Either that, or they have vastly improved in the last 6 month. I highly recommend this place. Also, it’s 5 mi walk to SMN train station.

Terrible breakfast, rude staff behind the counter. Our A/​C wasn’t working so opened the windows so all the mosquitoes could come eat us alive all night. Worst shower I have ever used.
