My husband and I had a very pleasant experience staying at Hotel Regency. After check-​in, we were treated to a bottle of prosescco and sweets in our room. Everyone of the staff made us feel like VIPs and attended to every request we had. Although the furniture is a bit traditional, the hotel is super clean, newly remodeled, quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. The room amenities are top of the line and consistently replenished. The hotel is centrally situated and easily accessible to major city attractions by foot. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence! Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I were in Florence for a wedding which took place at the Four Seasons, which was an amazing hotel, but I am glad we booked our stay at The Hotel Regency!
We tend to enjoy a more quiet atmosphere but still expect great service and this hotel was perfect. It’s just outside of the more tourist areas across from a park, but still walkable to the city center. The service was great. Alejandro was amazing. The room were cleaned, prepared twice a day (turn down service right before evening). The waiters very attentive.
If your staying in Florence, I can’t recommend a better place to stay.
