They lost my brand new shirt, purchased just before our trip! BythetimeI got back to the hotel and discovered it missing, they had closed for the weekend. When I called on Monday, they denied knowledge of it and were not helpful. Not only did we paydearly for the service snd tip generously, but also ended up losing a 30.00 dollar new shirt! Be careful and check your belongings before paying and leaving!
