Went in for a before dinner drink and was very disappointed. The server was more interested in flirting with American girls than serving anyone there for a drink or food.
Wine by the bottle was over-​priced and apretoivo was okay, but some things were unflavorful and many dishes were simply mozzarella balls with vegetables.
Server was rude and consistently ignored us. Didn’t try at all until he realized we were literally going to walk out and then tried to schmooze.

When my parents and I stayed in Florence for two weeks, O’ Cafè became our regular morning stop. My go-​to order was a cappuccino and one of the many pastry options (both for only a few euro total), which were always incredibly fresh, right out of the oven. After only a couple of visits, we officially became «regulars»: when we walked in the barista announced what she knew we wanted. That’s world class hospitality right there! Add in the gorgeous views of the Arno River and this is easily the best coffee shop in all of Florence.
